Your parcels will be weighed, processed, and dispatched the same day (cut-off times for same-day dispatch vary by location; please confirm with your local branch). If you need tracking or proof of posting, we’ll securely keep your receipts for collection on your next visit. Payments are conveniently deducted from a prepaid card, which can be topped up online or at the counter. Please note that international parcels larger than letter size or containing items of commercial value require a customs declaration.
