Role Requirements:
  • Directly supervises and coordinates the activities of sales and related workers;
  • Establishes and monitors work schedules to meet sales targets;
  • Liaises with managers and other departments to resolve operational problems
  • To oversee the proper arrangement and display of the products
  • To be involved in managing the store’s inventory. This includes monitoring stock levels, , conducting regular stock checks etc
  • To be responsible for generating and analyzing sales reports. This includes tracking sales performance, identifying trends, and preparing reports for management.
  • To be involved in suggesting process improvements, identifying areas for growth, and implementing new strategies to enhance the overall sales experience.
  • Actively work towards sales targets using effective strategies and providing superior service
