With the Post Office’s Drop & Go service, you can complete a manifest form conveniently from your home or office and simply drop off your parcels at the fast-track counter. Your parcels will be weighed and processed, and we’ll dispatch them the same day (cut-off times for same-day dispatch vary by location; please confirm at your branch). If you require tracking or a proof of posting, we’ll hold onto the receipts for you to collect during your next visit. While our counter staff handle your parcels, the payment will be deducted from a prepaid card that you can top up either online or at the counter. Please note, international shipments larger than letter size or containing items of commercial value must include a customs declaration.
